Kaman is a mum residing in Dublin where she practices as a Fitness and Holistic Wellness Coach. Her fitness background is in one-to-one Personal Fitness Training(training includes a dynamic combination of flexibility, plyometrics, strength training, core strength work incorporating pilates/yoga, corrective exercise, and cardio such as boxing), , and plyometrics.
 She received her nutrition degree from Integrative Nutrition based in New York City; one of the largest nutrition schools in the world. Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and the importance of preventive care. She works with clients to help them make the dietary and lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. In order to share her technique with people around the world, she has created a mum-to-be fitness blog to help mums that are just starting out, or are already active stay healthy through pregnancy and after.
